Alice Culpepper was a resident of Newark for 73 years. She had three children, Anthony, Steve and Deneen. Alice was employed by the Newark Housing Authority for 25 years. She also had two grandchildren, Shanice and Shakira..she was also a member of Fellowship Missionarey Baptist Church.
