Alice was always kind to me and Terri. After I moved from NJ, I always enjoyed our telephone visits. We would talk for hours.There are a lot of conversations I treasured. One line item I read in a devotional, recognizing the time, reminded me of something she probably would have said to me. "As I face a transition, give me laughter so Your joy can touch my soul. My time to mourn will be followed by chances to rejoice. I pray that God's presence will always be known in my life. May I never allow sadness to breed doubt when it is meant to breed hope for tomorrow. Love her and miss my talks.
